He is deputy chairman of the ICSA Registrars Group, and is a member of the Company Secretary’s Forum, the CBI Companies Committee and the Shareholder Voting Working Group. Peter has been working on the delivery of electronic shareholder communications solutions for over seven years, being responsible for Lloyds TSB Registrars providing the first UK electronic proxy appointment service for Lloyds TSB Group. He has also overseen the provision of a wide variety of electronic shareholder communication services, and electronic proxy services for over 150 clients and over 50,000,000 shareholders.
