ICSA Briefing Series: Stakeholders
Understanding the UK Corporate Governance Code

Duration: 8.30am - 10.30am  CPD: 2 hours

Governance is changing in the UK. How will the new UK Corporate Governance Code affect best practice? Where are the real changes? What will these mean for the way we operate? Can new governance regulations help to improve performance? The new ICSA Briefings series is designed to help answer exactly these kinds of questions.

In a series of two-hour sessions, our speakers will look at four key areas of governance in the light of the new Code, the events that have led to the changes and how these changes will affect practice and performance. Each briefing will include a Q&A session to allow delegates to review the changes in the light of their own experience and context.

The Briefings are intended to build an in-depth knowledge of how governance is changing and what organisations can do to embed these changes into their own governance procedures and practice.

Special offer: Book all four Briefing sessions and pay only £425 - saving of £75. The Briefings are offered as a series, but organisations can send different staff members to each session.
