Level: Introductory Duration: Half day, pm CPD: 3.5 This half-day session examines the legal fundamentals of how a contract should be structured and designed, from initial consideration through to performance, and where the potential pitfalls and headaches lie. The course content examines such things as legal relations and third party rights; the different types of contractual term; risks and potentially invalidating factors; breach and forms of legal redress. Programme Speakers Michael Griffiths Michael Griffiths was formerly Deputy Head of the School of Legal Studies at the University of Wolverhampton. He lectures widely on a range of company law and insolvency issues, and is the author/editor/co-editor of many books and articles in these fields including Loose on the Company Director and Loose on Liquidators. |
