Booking ConditionsPlease note that there is a cancellation and transfer charge of 20% of the course fee for delegates cancelling or transferring their place up to 10 days before the course. Cancellations or transfers within 10 days of the course will mean the delegate will be liable for the full course fee. A substitute delegate is welcome to attend at no extra cost. The content and timing of the programmes and identity of the speakers, date and venue may be altered for reasons beyond the control of ICSA. In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled, ICSA Information and Training Ltd will automatically make a full refund of the delegate fee.
